This phase is all about you. I’d love to learn more about your journey, challenges, what matters to you the most, so that you can replace confusion with clarity, fully understand Prediabetes + Diabetes and Gestational Diabetes through evidence-based research and what’s happening in your body and why.
What we’ll do:

• Explore your current health, habits, emotions + goals – so that you can better self-manage A1C & blood sugar
• Learn friendly eating basics with clear nutrition guidance – no food shaming, no guessing
• Create realistic, meaningful S.M.A.R.T Goals based on your lifestyle
• Get your first set of blood-sugar friendly meal plans with easy wins

Phase ll • Progress, Not Perfection
Weeks 5-8
“I eat the same boring stuff.”
“I’m scared I’ll mess up and ruin everything.”

Now that you’ve built a foundation, it’s time to move into real life – cravings, busy schedules, holidays, pregnancy demands, and emotional days. This phase helps you build sustainable routines without being perfect. Progress is the goal.
What we’ll do:

• Navigate real-life moments (parties, cravings, eating out) with less guilt, more control
• Learn stress and sleep strategies that affect your numbers
• Build routines that reduce glucose swings, boost energy, and simplify daily choices
• Explore simple exercises to improve insulin sensitivity
• *For gestational clients: fetal growth care, hormone health, stress support during pregnancy

Phase lll • Lasting Transformation
Weeks 9-12

The final phase is about stepping into confidence and control – not fear. You’ll build a sustainable plan that helps you advocate for your needs, protect your long term-health, and stop second-guessing yourself.
What we'll do:

• Embrace your identity beyond the diagnosis - you’re more than a number
• Learn how to advocate for yourself at doctor visits, labs, questions
• *For gestational diabetes: postpartum planning and long-term prevention of T2DM
• Review your S.M.A.R.T Goals and Celebrate Your wins!
• Leave with a personalized lifestyle plan you feel proud of
